Billing Support Specialist Job

We are recruiting a specialist responsible for the daily billing support processes including but not limited to customer and contract set-up, case resolution and client adjustments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties include the compliance of billing requirements
  • Reconciliation of customer billing issues and resolution of cases
  • Processing of adjustments, volume discounts, service changes, pricing changes
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues with some supervision
  • Suggestion of process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
  • Create manual invoices as needed to meet customer requirements
  • Follow company policies and procedures
